About Meredith
I am an open-minded, non-judgmental astrologer, tarot card reader, reiki energy healer, yogini and intuitive with roots in psychology, different forms of movement and mysticism.
I came into this work on accident- when I got my call to serve the Divine, I was a true academic, making myself the best doctoral candidate I could. My goal at that time was to become a research psychologist, exploring the effects of water and sunshine treatment from an objective mental space and writing about it for the rest of my life. I wanted to contribute something huge to the field of psychology.
Years prior, I stumbled onto the yogic path to heal from some trauma that had surfaced in my life and as I became more embodied, I could feel the connection to my Self - and could find the same connection to others. It was in my personal yogic practice I realized the heart is the seat of divinity. I started to understand the Divine in nature, in the stars and knew intuitively that each of these was connected somehow. I went on to obtain my 200 hour yoga certification with Jillian Scuderi and Carrie Wren with Bella Vita Yoga and fell more deeply in love with this endless, unfolding practice.
As I was burning myself out, taking care of everyone around me except for myself, working through my yoga teacher training, working with children on the autism spectrum, military veterans and higher weight women, publishing and presenting research and moonlighting as a barista, not to mention trying to be the perfect everything to everyone, I woke up one morning and couldn't move my neck - I was in so much pain. I went to an energetic chiropractor in my hometown of Charlotte, North Carolina and in the first session, I had my very first kundalini experience.
I was changed forever. Not only was I able to relieve myself of pain using my own breath, but I had a new awareness of energy around me. My primary gift of receptive empathy and clairsentience or clear feeling was unlocked and boy, that was uncomfortable. I was able to find the tools to help myself with that over the next few months.

I enjoy assisting people with embodiment of their purpose and mission in their walk and helping folks deprogram themselves from the systems of oppression active today upon this realm so that they bring Heaven to them.

I was recently ordained at the School of Peace in Asheville, North Carolina.

What can I expect out of session?
You will be provided with a paper or emailed copy of your chart (in person vs online) and you are very welcome to record any and all sessions. An astrology reading can be anywhere between 15 minutes to 2.5 hours to multiple sessions depending on your booking preference. My perspective is psychological and spiritual in nature, so you will be reminded of the way outer space is reflected in your inner space with integration as the focus. I begin each session with a meditation to ground, connect and center. You will receive loving and heart-centered treatment from me and gain a better understanding of yourself and your purpose.​
